I believe that everyone has the power to heal within and deserves to live as their fully conscious, authentic self.

I am a Recall Healing/Total Biology facilitator, helping to uncover the root causes of ailments and identify connections between traumas and recurring patterns. I guide individuals in releasing generational traumas and inherited programs. This therapy can help bring deeper understanding to relationships, personal challenges, and behavioral patterns.  

I firmly believe that health starts from within. What we nourish our bodies with directly impacts our well-being.  

My recent studies have focused on the role of the autonomic nervous system in chronic illness. This helped me understand why, despite proper nutrition and supplementation, I continued to struggle with new symptoms.  

Through personal experience  I can help client,  focusing on healing the nervous system as a primary goal.  

Healing – of the body, mind, and soul – is at the heart of my journey.  

Before reaching the point where I am today, determination and commitment helped me navigate life’s challenges and achieve a new level of health and awareness.  

I value knowledge and science, treating them as tools for growth and transformation.  

 

MY JOURNEY TO BECOME A HOLISTIC THERAPIST

My passion for healthy living began at a young age—when I was 23, I experienced panic attacks, which led me to discover macrobiotics. Changing my diet completely transformed my health. However, years later, after childbirth, new symptoms emerged.  

I visited numerous specialists, both conventional and alternative, searching for answers through courses, workshops, books, and personal development practices.  

While exploring the connection between nutrition and health, I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and herbal medicine, integrating this knowledge into my diet and lifestyle.  

Searching for answers to my health struggles became my obsession. I deeply believed there was a solution for my neurological symptoms.  

The turning point came when I discovered Anthony William’s natural approach to health and Recall Healing/Total Biology six years ago. I immediately began training with Gilbert Renaud while implementing Anthony William’s dietary protocols.  

There, I found the answers to my health and emotional struggles. Their alternative approaches resonated with a deep truth I had felt all along. Gradually, I started to feel better.  

Over the years, I gained experience applying Anthony William’s recommendations, specializing in his nutritional protocols. I firmly believe that food can be medicine.  

Thanks to my personal healing journey, I can now offer you authentic guidance and support you on your own path to health.

Completed three-module training in Biologika with Roberto Barnai (2019)
Naturopath – specializing in Natural and Complementary Therapies (currently in training)
Completed all three levels of basic training and eight advanced Recall Healing® modules since 2018, continuing with supervision under Dr. Gilbert Renaud.
Over the years, I gained experience applying Anthony William’s protocols and cleanses, specializing in his nutritional approach.

My Morning Ritual – I start every day with warm lemon and ginger water to boost digestion and detoxify my body. A simple yet powerful way to begin the day.  

The Power of Breath – Breathwork has transformed my life. Breath is not just a physical function—it is a key to emotional release, healing, and deeper self-connection. I love breathwork practices that help release tension and enhance awareness.  

Photography is my passion – I love capturing moments and the beauty of the world. Each photo is a vibrant record of the present moment, especially during my travels.
